Zhodnocení vývoje majetku v návaznosti na vývoj hospodaření obce

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evolution of property conditions of four selected municipalities. This evolution is analysed and evaluated from various perspectives, which are important for assessing of how the municipalities use their community assets for fulfilling of their core task which is providing of public goods and services to their citizens. The analysis and evaluation is performed not only for each selected municipality but is also performed comparison between the municipalities and comparison with the basic property conditions of all municipalities throughout the Czech Republic. It further allows to outline some evolutional trends and draw attention to both positive and negative tendencies in evolution of community property.
