Analýza zaměstnávání cizinců u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of employing foreigners in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the legal framework, administrative requirements, and specific aspects of employing third-country nationals, EU citizens, and refugees from Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of employing foreigners and to evaluate its practical application by a selected employer. The practical part examines the employment process of foreigners, its administrative complexity, and compliance with current legislation. Data were obtained through interviews with a human resources officer and Ukrainian female employees of the company. Based on the analysis results, the thesis concludes with proposals and recommendations.
