Zvýšení těžby na lomu Vršany v letech 2025 - 2030

Abstract

The thesis deals with the increase of mining in the Vršany quarry within the procedures planned for period 2025 – 2030. The work describes the historical and current conditions of the quarry, and outlines the present mining technology for better understanding of the mining operations as a functional whole securing a smooth supply of coal to the consumers. The core of the thesis is devoted to the variants and ways of extracting and transporting of coal from the fulcrum point of the Jan Šverma mining field, with the objective to increase the production of the sold brown coal with the necessary qualitative parameters. The conclusion of the thesis presents an estimate of the investment costs of the proposed solution.
