Analýza občanských průkazů ve veřejné správě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a very topical issue, namely the analysis of identity cards in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze individual types of identity cards in the Czech Republic and their disposal based on the legal regulation and organization of public administration. In the theoretical part, there are basic terms presented necessary for a proper understanding of the thesis relied on the appropriate legislation. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey provided among citizens, which found out that most respondents are satisfied with the provision and issuing of identity cards in the Czech Republic, but they would appreciate some changes. These changes include, for example, an extension of office hours or opening of more counters at offices, which would make work more efficient.
