Abstract

The them of diploma thesis are termination of private instance. In the first chapter is defined insurance contract, insurance, laws and obligations participants insurance by law number 37/2004 collection, about insurance contract and about amendment to related laws effective from 1. 1. 2005, and insurance agents by law number 38/2004 collection, about insurance agents and insurance assessors insured events and obou amending the trade act. In the sekond chapter is analysed termination of private insurance by second generally laws governing. The first is law number 37/2004 collection, abou insurance contract and about amendment to related laws effective from 1. 1. 2005 and the second is the civil code before 2005. The aim of diploma thesis is comparison insurance terms and deposition upon termination life insurance for selected insuraces on the Czech insurance market.
