Škodlivá chování na internetu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současnou situaci v oblasti počítačové, především internetové kriminality a pomocí průzkumu veřejného mínění provedeného pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda se uživatelé na internetu chovají bezpečně a neumožňují svým lehkomyslným chováním snadnější páchání počítačové kriminality. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány vybraná protiprávní jednání a k nim přiřazená právní úprava. Poté jsou popsány ekonomické, technické a právní aspekty počítačové kriminality, následně je zhodnocena současná situace a vyjádřena autorčina predikce ohledně budoucího vývoje internetové kriminality. V praktické části byl proveden vlastní dotazníkový průzkum zaměřený na povědomí uživatelů o bezpečném chování na internetu. Na počátku tohoto průzkumu jsou stanoveny tři hypotézy, které se vyhodnocením provedeného dotazníkového šetření následně potvrdí či vyvrátí. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení dané situace vycházející z daného dotazníkového šetření. Diplomová práce je podkladem všem, kdo se zajímají o internetovou kriminalitu.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation in the area of computer, especially Internet crime and thanks to public opinion poll carried out by questionnaire survey to find out whether the users behave safely on the Internet and do not allow easier computer crime committing. In the theoretical part selected offenses are described as well as legal regulation dealing with those. Then this thesis describes the economic, technical and legal aspects of computer crime, current situation is evaluated and the author's prediction about the future developments in the field of Internet crime is stated. In the practical part the questionnaire survey focused on the user's awareness of safe behavior on the Internet was provided. At the beginning of this research three hypotheses have been determined, after evaluation of this research hypotheses will be either confirmed or disproved. In the conclusion of this thesis recommendations for improvement of present situation are provided based on the results of the research. Diploma thesis serves as the basis to those who are interested in Internet crime.
