Abstract

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is evaluate the effectiveness of the specific investment company ALMA PNEU s.r.o. This is an autoclave VT 18/1500, which should increase the production capacity of the company. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the issues of investment decision, describes the sources of investment financing and the methods used for evaluation of investment projects. The practical part is characterized company and planned investment. Subsequently, the investment is evaluated for two financing options. To evaluate the effectiveness of the investment are used dynamic criteria (net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return and discounted payback period).
