Abstract

MACH, Daniel. Hotel s restaurací v Kroměříži. Ostrava, 2022. Diplomová práce. VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra prostředí staveb a TZB. Tématem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby hotelu s restaurací s návrhem technologie vytápění a nuceného větrání objektu včetně návrhu zdroje tepla s využitím obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Dokumentace je zpracovaná dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. [1] Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První částí diplomové práce je dokumentace architektonicko-stavebního řešení částečně podsklepené třípodlažní stavby hotelu s restaurací v rozsahu potřeb TZB. Druhá část diplomové práce obsahuje dokumentaci návrhu systému pro vytápění a větrání novostavby hotelu, včetně návrhu tepelného zdroje s využitím obnovitelných zdrojů energie, výpočtu tepelných ztrát objektu, výpočtu potřeby teplé vody, tepelně technického posouzení stavebních konstrukcí a průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a hotel with a restaurant with a design of heating technology and forced ventilation of the building, including a design of a heat source using renewable energy sources. The documentation is processed according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1] The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the diploma thesis is the documentation of the architectural and construction solution of a partially basement three-story hotel building with a restaurant within the scope of HVAC needs. The second part of the diploma thesis contains the documentation of the design of the system for heating and ventilation of the new building of the hotel, including the design of the heat source using renewable energy sources, the calculation of the building's heat losses, the calculation of the need for hot water, the thermal technical assessment of the building structures and the certificate of the building's energy efficiency.
