Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current way of storage of spare parts for technical equipments of production company Koito Czech s.r.o. and to propose an optimal solution that will result in the material flow being simplified from the demand for the part after its placement. The IS proposal reflects supplier issues and delivery times, as well as the specified quantity of individual parts and access to them.
