Stanovení finančního plánu vybraného subjektu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je stanovení finančního plánu vybraného ekonomického subjektu pro rok 2017. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část obsahuje teoretické vymezení finančního plánování. Její dílčí část tvoří popis metodiky tvorby kalkulací. Dále zahrnuje základní informace pro sestavení plánovaného výkazu zisku a ztrát, přehledu o peněžních tocích a plánované rozvahy. V druhé části je charakterizován vybraný ekonomický subjekt. Jsou zde popsána specifika daného podnikání, nabízené produkty, informace o konkurenci a vize do budoucnosti. V třetí části byl proveden vlastní finanční plán ve třech možných variantách. Výstupem je plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztrát, plán peněžních toků a plánovaná rozvaha. Zpracovaný finanční plán je pro podnik velmi optimistický, o čemž svědčí kladný výsledek hospodaření i v případě pesimistické varianty. Bude-li však naplněn ukáže teprve čas.

The object of this bachelor thesis is determination of the financial plan of the selected economic subject for the year 2017. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains the theoretical definition of the financial planning. Its sub-sections consists of the description of the methodology of calculation. The first part includes basic information for the compilation of the planned profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and planned balance sheet. The second part is dedicated to the selected economic subject and describes specifics of the business and offered products as well as competitive information and visions for the future. The last third section is dedicated to the three options of financial planning. The main purpose of third section is the calculation of the planned profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and planned balance sheet. The financial plan is very optimistic, even the most pessimistic option is profitable, but only the time will tell if the financial plan will be fulfilled.
