Návrh novostavby penzionu s restaurací v Petrovicích u Karviné

Abstract

Diplomové práce řeší zpracování studie pro výstavbu nového penzionu s restaurací v Petrovicích u Karviné. Studie bude vycházet ze schválené územně plánovací dokumentace a bude řešena ve dvou variantních formách. Tato diplomová práce se v první části zabývá územním řízením. Druhá část je zaměřena na zhodnocení současného stavu vymezeného území. Dále popisuje obě varianty návrhu. Zdůvodňuje výběr finální varianty, kterou následně podrobně popisuje s důrazem na vitřní provozní členění objektu, konstrukční řešení, inženýrské sítě a dopravní řešení včetně řešení dopravy v klidu. V poslední části se zabývá propočtem finančních nákladů všech variant řešení a jejich vzájemným porovnáním.

Theses solves a study for the construction of a new house with a restaurant in Petrovice by Karviná. The study will be based on the approved planning documentation, and will be dealt with in two variant forms. This thesis is the first part deals with spatial control. The second part focuses on the evaluation of the current state of the specified area. It also describes two design options. Justifies the choice of the final version, which is then described in detail with an emphasis on operational breakdown object, design, utilities and transport solutions, including solutions of stationary traffic. The last part deals with the calculations of the financial costs of all alternative solutions and their mutual comparison.
