Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis investigates educational system and development of operatives in a chosen organisation. The aim is to investigate this on the basis of analysis, and to put forward recommendations for their improvements. The theoretical section of the thesis includes the main terminology. The practical part explores the chosen organisation and describes its educational and developmental system. Lastly, recommendations of improvement are based upon the researcher's survey and its outcomes.
