Abstract

The topic of this paper is the application of management methods on operating management. The first part is the inclusion of management techniques in management positions. In the second part deal with strategic management. Following are some methods generally described and then summarized their application possibilities. These techniques are PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, BCG matrix, GE matrix, and financial analysis.
