Měření spokojenosti zákazníků v cykloprodejně

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work was to determine the cutomer satisfication at the retail bicycle shop SUNDANCE & HEAD in Opava. The outcome of the research was that the customers are most satisfied with servicing bicycles and with the staff of the shop. Especially with their helpfulness and professionalism. Least satisfied are the customers with the placement of the assortment and with the offer of bicycle accessories. My suggestions for improvement are for example to improve the placement of the assortment and to focus on children and men bicycles. Another proposal was to extend the range on skis in winter and to improve the website of the store. Most of the proposals are feasible.
