Integrovaný plán rozvoje města Vsetín

Abstract

The purpose of this graduation thesis is the analysis of the Integrated Development Plan of the City of Vsetín, including its objectives and the problems encountered while striving to meet them, as well as the ways of its support within the framework of the Czech republic in the context of the EU urban policy. The specific target of this thesis is the solution of a case project of IDPC Vsetín, including project application in Benefit7, and also the analysis of contemporary goals fulfillment. This graduation thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter describes the Integrated Development Plans and their support in CR, financial instruments, methodology of creation IDPC and a summary of the cities with IDPC. The third chapter analyses the Integrated Development Plan of the City of Vsetín, its principle, vision and goals, including its relation to previous municipal strategic documents. The topic of the fourth chapter is the solution of a specific IDPC project, along with the instructions for fulfillment of a project application in Benefit7 and the overview of projects approved to date, and also an evaluation of progress in meeting the set goals.
