Shluková analýza dat o depozici prachu

Abstract

Main aim of this thesis is to carry out the cluster analysis of the moss samples data from 2015 by using neural networks and to compare them with statistical analysis results. Four algorithms are used to analyze. The process is based on dividing data with similar features into the same clusters. The conclusion presents methods comparable with the statistical analysis.
