Abstract

The thesis is focused on problems of processing a business plan and its subsequent utilization for acquiring of financial sources for funding of need of working capital. The theoretical part defines problems with acquiring of financial sources especially from the perspective of small and medium companies and emphasizes an importance of business plan as basic materials for dealings with an investor. There is presented the processed concrete business plan in the practical part which comprises the main part of materials for example for request for credit just on funding of working capital. The software program EMA.PM.FM regarded as highly sophisticated and absolutely suitable for this purpose was used for processing of financial part.
