Abstract

Nowadays the Czech Republic passes through automation process and increasing of production capacities. Either existing equipments, technological procedures and methods are modernized, or new machines are invested in. The same situation is in our company AGC Automotive Czech. Also our plant was modernized in last 10 years significantly. Either we modernize existing process „What was done manually in the past, now machines do“or we expand the production capacity by installation of new machines.Process automation has direct impact against the company achievement. Newly installed machine can even work 24 hours a day, which is impossible for a man. We expand production capacity by to ways. Either we buy new devices, or we remove older machines from Western Europe. The last way is used very often in last two years. The platns in Western Europe are closed because of savings and the production moves to East, so also to us to the Czech Republic.The topic of Bachelor Thesis is to show, how the process automation proceeds in our company AGC Automotive Czech. First Bachelor Thesis is concerned with the theory, following the practical example of investment project, that I personally managed.
