Monitoring spotřebitelského chování v období mimořádných opatření

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring of satisfaction and consumer behavior in the period of emergency measures, especially in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical backround of related issue. In the practical part of the thesis the satisfaction and consumer behavior is examined using questionnaire survey. The information obtained is then analyzed and evaluated. Based on the evaluation, recommendations to increase customer satisfaction are proposed.
