Abstract

This work is systematically divided into three parts. In the main part is my goal determines if administrative delicts in the field of Ostrava City´s trade office competence are increasing character whereas increasing demands on business. During this work, using the method of synthesis and analysis of text and laws, the statistical method of induction. The information I draw not only from literature, law and internet, but especially from the data, which gives me the trade office of Ostrava City. Although my goal of the work isn´t the successful absolutely, because of the data, which I have, not indicate any increase any drop in committing delicts, I can not say that this work is irrelevant. During this work I come to other significant findings, the main one is that I found out which delicts are committed mostly and what factors act to increase committing crimes. In 75% of businessman committed misconduct benefiting the correct identification of the establishment. One important factor is control of the trade office. How much they finds violations of the law depends on which control and how many control were made. Another important factor is constant changes in laws. A suggestion for improvements this situation I proposed the unification of certain rules, which are essential for business owners or mandatory courses for businessman, etc.
