Návrh a vizualizace měření krevního tlaku

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and build a system for non-invasive measurement of blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation using the OEM NIBP 2020 UP module. The main components of the system consist of a Raspberry Pi 4B single-board computer, supplemented with a 7-inch touch screen display and a logic level converter for compatibility assurance. The software part of the project is developed in Python. It includes the implementation of communication protocols, processing of collected data, and development of an intuitive user interface. The user interface, built on the Tkinter framework, allows users to select measuring modes and display blood pressure and SpO2 measurement results with the visualization of the pressure curve, SpO2 trends over time, and pulse waveforms. The final part of the project involved enclosing the device in a custom-made 3D-printed case. The accuracy of the system was verified using blood pressure and SpO2 simulators from the Fluke company.
