Výzkum tržních příležitostí ve vybrané oblasti výroby ocelových konstrukcí

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je výzkum tržních příležitostí ve vybrané oblasti výroby ocelových konstrukcí společnosti ABC a.s. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. První teoretická část popisuje východiska a metody marketingového výzkumu. Druhá praktická část se věnuje výzkumu oblastí, které se úzce dotýkají nalezení možných tržních příležitostí. Výzkum je prováděn především pomocí analýz a mého samotného výzkumu. V závěru praktické části je zpracováno zhodnocení výzkumu, který by měl přispět se k zamyšlení nad budoucím vývojem společnosti, případně nad udržením si současného postavení na trhu. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy a doporučení, které by měli vést k upevnění pozice a zajistit konkurenční výhody.

The topic of my diploma thesis is the research of the market opportunities in the area of the production of the steal construction of the ABC a. s. company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The first theoretical part describes the solutions and the methods of the marketing research. The second practical part is focused on the research of the areas which are closely associated with the finding out the possible market opportunities. The conclusion of the practical part deals with the research evaluation processing which should at least to contribute to think about the future company development or about the sustaining of the company position in the market. The contribution of this diploma thesis is the fact that it provides the offers and the recommends which should help to fasten the position of the company and ensures competitive advantages.
