Hodnocení galvanických povlaků na kovových substrátech

Abstract

This thesis deals with galvanic plating, which is carried by the Cebes, Inc. They produce not only commutators, brush holders, slip rings and components for wind power plants but they also make galvanic plating by nickel, zinc and tin plating on their full automatic line. The theoretical part is focused on the basic principle of metal plating, it specifies basic technological operations, coating property, classification methods of coating and mechanisms of degradation of galvanic coating. The experimental part characterizes basic material and parametres of galvanic coating. Followed by metallographic evaluation of coating and final evaluation of relations between the galvanic coating parametres and the quality of layer.
