Modelování kritické cesty v objektech zvláštního významu

Abstract

The PhD thesis is aimed to the most effective way of security evaluation in buildings of special significance. The evaluation measure is so called critical paths. The work target is selecting suitable evaluation analysis that can determine weaknesses in building protection system, and afterwards making a suggestion of common procedure how it is possible to evaluate protection system effectiveness in buildings of special significance. For security risk evaluation of buildings is possible to use methods of risk analysis which can determine property loss probability and determine whether resources spent on security system have been utilized effectively. In view of the fact that the dissertation work takes into consideration just physical penetration through building security system, there was used a complex of traditional methods of risk analysis and effectiveness evaluation methods of a building security system developed for nuclear facilities. From several practical workout for selected buildings of critical infrastructure in the work there is shown a model how determine a critical path in building or rather show weaknesses in the building security system.
