Zhodnocení výdajů vybraných krajů na školství s důrazem na podporu málopočetných oborů

Abstract

This thesis deals with the assessment of the education spending in selected regions with attention to the fields of study with the lower number of students. The Czech Republic school legislation, statutory authorities as well as the way the education system is financed (including the new reform for school financing from 2020) is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. There is a greater emphasis on the secondary education and its development and types and forms of learning. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the degree of effevtiveness of support measures in the form of scholarships in selected region of small fields. The partial objective is the analysis of the evolution of the expenditures of the selected regions in terms of the financial equilibrium of regional school budgets between 2015 - 2019.
