Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create project documentation of an apartment house in the given range. It is a no basement building with a brick construction system and flat roof with four above-ground floors. There are 11 apartment units in the building. Two barrier-free apartment with a terrace for peaople with limited mobility are designed on the first floor. The proposed apartment building will be used for permanent living of residents. The bachelor's thesis contains Technical report for the construction part to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [1], drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of perimeter structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
