The bachelor thesis deals with the use of surveillance systems in hidden home monitoring. It describes the basic division and function of this technology. The possibilities of its application and the use of modern information transmission. The variety of these systems makes it possible for almost anyone to acquire equipment for the purpose of video surveillance. The practical part deals with the comparison of the features offered by the selected types of cameras. The practical part includes the installation of the selected equipment in the building.
