Abstract

My thesis is focused on setting price offers and its procedures. It is showen on a residential house in Brno-Judov which was chosen as an example. The price offer is a complex process. Its most important part is an independent price of construction itself. A calculation of the construction serves as a price preliminary estimate. Then a budget item is used and it serves for the detailed price setting. The budget item consists of basic and additional budget costs.These additional budget costs ara costs needed for realization of the construction and its omission can significantly change the house price. That is why my thesis investigates these budgets in a very detailed way.
