Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to elaborate a financial analysis of a company STUDIO-D Opava s.r.o. which deals with architectural and urban activities. The analysis is made for the period from 2009 to 2013 with deterministic methods, especially horizontal and vertical analysis and ratio analysis. The bachelor thesis is divided into a three parts. The first part is focused on theoretical knowing and principles of financial analysis, users, phases and methods. The biggest focus is laid on statement of financial accounting. In the second part is represented company, activities and goals. There is SWOT analysis too. In the third part are applicate methods of financial analysis carried out with the use of the financial statement of the company. The conclusion summaries the result of the financial analysis and presents recommendations, that could improve the financial situation of the company.
