Abstract
The goal of my master thesis was to analyze current state of sports complex and then propose right marketing strategy. This should leads to effectiv use of marketing mix parts of the complex, to increase the atractiveness and total number of visitors. To achieve the goal, I used the marketing research and secondary data. Based on the data I got from the research, I made some possible suggestions and recommendations which were focused on the individual parts of marketing mix.
