Studium procesu implementace systémů managementu kvality v podmínkách Operačních a informačních středisek Hasičského záchranného sboru

Abstract

A topic of this dissertation is assessing of possibilities and ways of implementation the quality management systems at the Operational and Information Centre of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic. The first part of the dissertation is devoted to a literature review of ways of a quality management implementation at the fire brigades at the Czech Republic and foreign countries and at emergency institutions at the Czech Republic. According to the review, the widely applied quality management conception in the Europe is a conception of international standard ISO 9001. Therefore, there is a fulfil requirements analysis of standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 at real Operation and Information Centre of regional fire brigade at the second part of the dissertation. As the results of the analysis, there are is a closer view at specifics of the workplace and possibilities of the business process management implementation at the workplace at the another part of dissertation. Next part is devoted to a subject of measurement, monitoring and evaluation of processes at the workplace. There is unveiled a new methodology for a workload monitoring of the Operational and Information Centre of the Fire Rescue Brigade and a methodology for dispatchers evaluation. The last part of the dissertation is devoted to a subject of supporting of decision processes at the Operational and Information Centre of the Fire Rescue Brigade.
