Přenos a využití informací v operačním řízení jednotek SDH

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou informační podpory jednotek SDH v operačním řízení. V úvodu jsou popsány způsoby informační podpory při mimořádných událostech ve státech sousedících s Českou republikou s důrazem na jednotky SDH. Dále jsou popisovány jednotlivé využívané technologie včetně aplikací, které slouží HZS u nás. Na tuto část navazuje výběr kritérií pro selekci SDH pro přidělení koncových zařízení na výjezdová vozidla. Následuje návrh informací, které by předurčené jednotky měly prostřednictvím KOPIS dostávat na svá koncová zařízení. Závěrem jsou představena kritéria pro výběr samotného koncového zařízení pro jednotky SDH.

My thesis is concerned with the problems of the information support of volunteer fire brigades in the operational control. In the introduction there are described the ways of the information support during extraordinary events in the countries neighbouring with the Czech Republic with emphasis on the volunteer fire brigades. Further there are described used technologies including applications which serve to professional fire brigades in the Czech Republic. This part is followed by criteria selection for the division of the volunteer fire brigades for the allocation of end devices for emergency vehicles. Further there is the suggestion of what kind of information should the predetermined units receive from KOPIS on their end devices. Finally there are introduced criteria for the selection of the end device itself for the volunteer fire brigades.
