Projekt modernizace elektrozařízení soustruhu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je modernizace elektrické instalace obráběcího soustruhu ŠKODA typ SRM 100 umístěného na provozní hale 11 v objektu firmy VÁLCOVNA TRUB TŽ, a.s. v Ostravě - Vítkovicích. Soustruh je součástí skupiny strojů sloužících k výrobě a opravám strojních dílů válcovací tratě „Velký Mannesmann“. Tento požadavek vznikl na základě vysoké poruchovosti stroje, která má za následek zpožděné dodávky obrobků pro finální montáž náhradních dílů a tím pádem vznik prostojů, jenž jsou finančně velmi nákladné. Po vypracování by mělo vzniknout nejvhodnější řešení náhrady zastaralého elektrického vybavení silových i ovládacích částí moderními prvky, které jsou v současné době spolehlivější a z hlediska poptávky běžně dostupné.Zároveň musí návrh odpovídat současně platným normám,vyhláškám a zákonům vztahujícím se na strojní zařízení a jeho jednotlivé části.

The goal of this bachelor´s work is description of modernization process of the wiring set of the ŠKODA machine lathe, type SRM 100 which is situated on 11th working hall in VÁLCOVNA TRUB TŽ, a.s., Ostrava – Vítkovice. Lathe is a part of the group of machines which are being used for manufacturing and repairing of the mechanical parts of the “Big Mannesmann´s” rolling mill. Requirement for modernization was based on very high failure rate of the machine which results in delayed delivery of the workpieces for final assembly of the spare parts and consequentially in the lost times which are financially demanding. Based on this work there should be established the most effective solution of the restitution of obsolete electric equipment of power and controlling parts with modern units which are more reliable and , from the demand´s point of view, commonly accessible. At the same time this proposal has to respond with the currently valid standards, notices and laws which are applicable for this machinery equipment and its particular parts.
