Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of property taxes. The first part is devoted to a brief characterization of the tax concept and property taxes in 2013 and 2014. Following section deals with road taxes and own changes to the wording of road tax. The last section is devoted to the land value tax and also the own draft of legislation is added.
