Financování centra zdravotních a sociálních služeb

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním výstavby centra zdravotních a sociálních služeb ve Frýdku-Místku, vymezuje také možné zdroje pro financování jeho provozu. Frýdek-Místek výstavbou tohoto centra reaguje na potřebu rozvoje zdravotních a sociálních služeb v Moravskoslezském kraji. Centrum zdravotních a sociálních služeb bude příspěvkovou organizací města Frýdek-Místek, bude poskytovat hospicovou péči, sociální služby poskytované ve zdravotnických zařízeních ústavní péče a odlehčovací služby. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout financování výstavby centra zdravotních a sociálních služeb a vymezit možné zdroje pro financování jeho provozu. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle je provedena analýza sociálních a zdravotních služeb města Frýdku-Místku, analýza rozpočtu města Frýdku-Místku a analýza financování sociálních služeb z rozpočtu tohoto města. V práci je vypracován návrh financování výstavby centra zdravotních a sociálních služeb, jsou zde zhodnoceny možné zdroje pro financování provozu centra.

Diploma thesis deals with financing of building-up the Centre of Health and Social Services in Frýdek-Místek, defines also possible resources for financing its operation. Frýdek-Místek reacts on necessary of development health and social services in Moravskoslezský kraj with building-up this centre. The Centre of Health and Social Services will be contribution organisation, it will provide hospice care, social services in sanitory device of institutional care and relief services. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design financing building-up the Centre of Health and Social Services and defines possible resources for financing its operation. In diploma thesis is work up analysis of social and health services in town Frýdek-Místek, analysis the budget of town Frýdek-Místek and analysis financing social services from budget in this town. It is worked up the suggest of financing building-up the centre of health and social services, there are evaluated possible resources for finance operating centre in diploma thesis.
