Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the specifics of consumer buying process of Generation Y in Spain. The partial aim was to compare the consumer buying process of women and men. Primary data was obtained by CAWI. The main research method was a cluster analysis. The research output consists of a compact analysis of consumer buying process of Generation Y in Spain.
