Abstract

There is a tendency to revitalize languishing city centres and build still unutilized town spaces. Opportunities are also taken to renew demaged corners, grounds and riverbanks. Thus this topic is worth further discussions in finding out ways of reasonable town spaces utilization that are offered. The presented project describes new built house that would enable finish suitably the gap site the town offers. As a part of this project is a solution for static transportation and creation of barrier free spaces. The project barches the most effecients solution for fundamental issues given the location such as limitation on space, conservation zone, territorial plan, lack of parking spaces, also take opportunity of such as grounds.
