Analýza a inovace procesu schvalování investičních akcí ve velkém podniku farmaceutického průmyslu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the process of investment projects approving in large company of pharmaceutical industry. The aim of this work is to analyse and innovation this process in terms of a particular enterprise. Thesis has four parts. After the introduction come basic characteristic of terms related to investment activities, planning and evaluating of investments. The following methodological part describes the business processes and displaying tools that are used in practical part (developing diagram). The practical part starts with the characteristic of analysed company and describes the course of individual process steps during approving of investments. The flow chart was used as graphical design of the process. Building on evaluation of graphic processing, were proposed final recommendation and suggestions for management of company.
