Abstract

The main subject of my diploma thesis is elaboration of building documentation to building control according to public notice number 499/2006 and technological procedures for conducting of building foundations, vertical and horizontal supporting skeleton construction.

Polyfunctional house is situated in undeveloped parcel used for agricultural purposes. Polyfunctional house is designed wit basemant and house has three floors with flat roofs. The all house is made from prefabricated frame construction with infill internal and external brickwork type Phorotherm in combination with glass facade. In the basement are used restoratives concrete panels and there is situated parking and technical room of the house. In the first floor there is an entrance to the house, offices, and place for basement lockers. In the second floor there si six residental units of witch are four – storied and other two are single storey. On the floor are always the same two flats. Apartments A, D are storied, which continues to the third floor and consist of entry foyer, cloakroom, WC, bathroom, chamber, kitchen with liwing room and balcony on the lower ground floor and the upper floor with room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and loggia. Apartments B, E are storied, which continues to the third floor and consist of entry foyer, cloakroom, WC, bathroom, kitchen with liwing room and balcony on the lower ground floor and the upper floor with two rooms with adjoining dressingroom, chambre, bathroom, bedroom with dressingroom and bathroom and terrace. Apartments C, F are single storey with entry foyer, cloakroom, WC, bathroom, two rooms, camber, kitchen with liwing room and balcony.
