Projekt organizace závodů v jezdectví

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Project of Organization Equestrian Events. The first part is focused on theoretical solutions of the project, the methodology and issues of Sports Management, Sports Marketing and Project Management. The second part describes the organization of show jumping competition Ostrava Grand Prix 2014 in practice. There is a plan for the organization of this event, the determination of main and sub-objectives, analysis of the external and internal environment of this event, coordination of resources and individual activities in time, defining the practices of the different activities and ensuring the competencies of the organizers. In the third part is the economic evaluation of the event and there are also suggestions and recommendations for changes that could increase the chance of success of this project.
