Abstract
Master thesis is dealing with the implementation of Statistical Process Control in the production of light bulb spirals for the automotive industry. Own implementation preceding the theoretical foundations of the issue, which includes explanation of statistical regulation principle, individual stages for implementation of this method into practice, as well as a description of the Seven Basic Tools of Quality.
The practical part is focused on the analysis of the selected manufacturing process. Subsequently the implementation procedure is described in order to adapt the statistical regulation tailor-made to the specific process.
