Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design project documentation for the construction of a two-story family house with a flat roof, without a basement. The family house is heated by a floor heating system. An earth-water type heat pump (surface collector) is designed as a heat source for heating. A gas condensing boiler is proposed as a variant solution. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the construction and architectural design of the new construction of the family house is solved - setting it on the plot, choosing suitable building material, layout solution of the building. The second part deals with the heat supply of the family house in question - heating and preparation of hot water. The bachelor's thesis also includes an energy assessment of the proposed new building.
