Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focusing on the Evaluating of Competitive Position of a Small Enterprise on the Market. The thesis is devided into two parts. The first, theoretical part is focused on issues of small enterprises and their competitive ability. The second, pragmatic part aims to reveal the competitive ability of the particular enterprise using PEST analysis, BCG nut, Method of Comparison and the last SWOT analysis. The purpose of this thesis was research the competitive position of the specific enterprise. The results of these analyzes and their suggested advices could be helpful for the further development of the enterprise.
