Abstract

This bachelor thesis solves reconstruction of the family house in Ostrava – Hrabová, Na Potoku 489/6. The aim of this reconstruction is improve thermal and technical characteristics and create in house with one dwelling unit two separate dwelling units with separate entrances. Acces to the newly create dwelling unit in 2nd floor existing building will be solve through the outbuilding. The interior will be made to the dispositional changes. On the family house will be made contact thermal system insulation, roof insulation, replacement windows and exterior doors, making the house conform to today’s standards.
