Abstract

This master thesis addresses the inefficiency of human resource management in a project-oriented organization. The main goal of the thesis is to design a highly flexible information system for a simple way of keeping records about working employees with the ability to report work on specific projects. The design and implementation used UML modeling techniques and methodological principles of data modeling. The result is an implemented information system of a modular resemblance that is implemented in the form of a web application communicating with a relational database.
