The thesis deals with fire safety, technical and physical properties of thermal insulation construction and their determination. There will also be an overview of the requirements for building heating systems from the point of view of fire safety of buildings. Using the contiunally acquired information, existing knowledge and research of the market will be made a proposal to select testing device for educational laboratories of VSB, Faculty of Safety Engineering to test the main properties of thermal insulation materials.
