Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor’s work is to evaluate effectiveness of the investment plan through static and dynamic methods which evaluate the profitability and return on the investment project. All economic data which are used in this work for calculations come from internal sources of the business for which the investment plan is drawn up. The thesis is divided into several parts and two of them are most important. The first is a theoretical part and the second is a practical part. In the theoretical part describes the different terms and methods which will be used. In the practical part each method is applied and partial conclusions are created. Each individual partial result is then evaluated in the part of proposals and recommendations. After a successful evaluation project, the project will be implemented.
