Abstract

The theoretical part entitled „Optimization of fleet management financing” characterizes the main principles of fleet management. Here, all the possibilities for fleet management financing are also introduced along with the associated costs. The practical part includes a detailed financial analysis of fleet management for the company Česká zbrojovka a. s. This part also provides a detailed costs description and comparison of particular fleet management financing variants and their influence on the company´s cash flow. In conclusion, an optimal financing option is presented for the company Česká zbrojovka a.s., as recommended based on the aforementioned calculations and analyses.
