Abstract
The topic of the thesis is an analysis of capacity sufficiency in the warehouse and suggestions for improvement. The work focuses on the area of inventory management in a concrete company. The theoretical part is devoted to description the storage, handling units, performance indicators warehouse. The practical part deals with the analysis of the stock of the company, followed by suggestions and improvement.
