Abstract

The topic of this diploma project is social responsibility in Česká spořitelna. The aim of the project is to evaluate the development of social responsibility in the last ten years. The theoretical part of the thesis is the starting point of the practical part of the diploma thesis. The practical part analyzes the development of social responsibility. The results of the questionnaire solution among the employees of the North Moravia region showes poor awareness of CSR projects. Therefore, appropriate recommendations will be proposed to improve the perception of the corporate social responsibility of Česká spořitelna. The contribution of this work is the recommendation for the company to raise awareness about CSR projects not only to clients but also to their own employees.
